Qi Gong
Qi Gong is a traditional Chinese practice of gentle body movements and postures, breathing exercises and mind activities that achieves states of deep relaxation and healing. Wellbeing and mental clarity replace illness and stress, and life gains balance, flow and enriched meaning.
Yuan Gong – the style of Qi Gong offered at the Chinese Garden – is particularly easy, time efficient and enjoyable to learn and can be done by anyone at any time and adapted for any physical condition.
Qi Gong classes are offered twice a week and held in the Courtyard, or if wet in the Tower Room.
Classes limited to eight people.
$10 per class plus usual Garden entry fee
